A Sandlot Sequel TV Series With Original Cast Has Been Announced
Last year marked the 25th anniversary of the 1993 classic The Sandlot, and now a sequel has been announced.
During an episode of The Rain Delay podcast, original writer and director David Mickey Evans announced the film was getting a sequel TV series with the original cast returning. According to Screen Rant, Evans revealed the sequel would take place in 1984 with the gang all grown up with children of their own, and also stated that the series will air on one of the streaming platforms.
